COMPRESSED AIR MANAGEMENT TRAINING - STOCKHOLM-ARLANDA

WEDNESDAY - THURSDAY 13-14 NOVEMBER

Implementing Compressed Air Management - Your path to Best in Class

As much as 25-50% of all compressed air produced is considered wasted. The total waste in volume and monetary terms are staggering. For too long, compressed air has been allowed to fly under the radar without the application of fundamental management principles. What does compressed air cost us? How much do we consume? What is our energy efficiency and how do we compare to our industry peers? Do we have the required expertise and how do we know that? Who in our organisation has direct responsibility for the compressed air economy? How do we get to Best in Class?

Is it even worth even spending time to reach Best in Class? For a company producing 100 M3/min it is quite possible to save over € 2,5 million (after costs) at 25% reduction on a 10 year basis. For those companies with multiple plants potential cost reductions are of course enormous. Feel free to contact us about the potential and how it is estimated. The figures are conservative.

The way to get there is through training. Because if there is one thing the world's compressed air experts agree on, it is that training is the key.

That's why we've developed a training programme that goes much further than before and is the result of what the experts have come to call Compressed Air Management. Wherever you stand today, we dare say that participating in this compressed air training will lead to direct cost reductions and a significantly more reliable and energy-efficient compressed air system with lower future investment requirements.

How will your company meet future energy efficiency requirements? What characterises the best-in-class compressed air companies in the world? How does your company compare? What are the key performance indicators to work towards? The training covers the latest technologies and methods to make your production and use of compressed air more efficient. What are the steps to achieve operational reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability and overall economy?

The training is led by Daniel Winkler LMS-Nordic, expert in leakage management, Gorazd Bregar CALMS INC and Wojciech Halkiewicz. They are some of the world's leading experts in compressed air. Gorazd Bregar has developed some of the world's most advanced compressed air management systems. He will talk in detail about the type of measurement data they obtain about the status of the compressed air system. They have managed to monitor and automate the information where A.I. is now becoming increasingly important. He will talk about how companies such as Coca Cola, Continental, Cemex, Novartis use systems to get an overview and automatically generate proposals for action. There are over 1200 plants connected to the system and all systems are continuously compared so that everyone can see how they compare to the Best-in-Class systems.

Wojciech Halkiewicz from 7bar in Poland is one of Europe's most sought-after speakers and has over 30 years of experience in compressors, control systems, recycling and has hundreds of highly successful energy efficiency projects behind him.

For energy and compressed air professionals, these two days are invaluable for gaining knowledge and experience from real projects. In our experience, all major and successful projects and companies originate from a Compressed Air seminar/conference or training programme. Previous compressed air training courses have received very high ratings, between 4.3-4.7/5 regarding content, for presenters and the event as a whole. In addition to meeting and learning from experts, many participants find it very rewarding to exchange experiences with other participating companies. We are happy to provide comments and testimonials from previous participants. It is a good sign that many of the participants have attended several times. Technology and methods are constantly evolving and it is important to take part.
