Learning Management Systems Nordic AB ("LMS Nordic", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are an independent provider of compressed air training and consulting, based in Sweden.

When you browse the site we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working correctly.

When you enquire or contact us we collect the name, email address, company and message details you choose to provide.

When you purchase a course we collect your name, email address, billing details and, where relevant, the names and email addresses of the colleagues you enrol. We also keep a record of which courses you have access to and your completion progress.

We process your data to deliver the courses you have purchased, to provide login access, to send course-related communications, to issue invoices and keep accounting records, and to respond to your enquiries.

We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business as the legal bases for this processing.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the processors we need to operate — for example the platform that hosts our course content and login, payment providers, and accounting tools — each bound by data-processing agreements.

Course access credentials and progress data are shared only with the named learner and, for team purchases, with the purchasing organisation's nominated administrator.

We keep course access and completion records for as long as you hold an active account, and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence your training. Billing and accounting records are kept for the period required by Swedish law.

Enquiry data that does not lead to a purchase is retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to request deletion, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted internal access and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
