    Terms of Service

    The terms under which you may access and use our online course content, including the rules that protect our intellectual property and prohibit sharing of login credentials with others.

    Last updated: 9 September 2026

    These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of LMS Nordic online courses and training content. By purchasing or accessing a course you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

    1. Licence Grant

    Upon enrolment and payment, LMS-Nordic AB ("LMS-Nordic," "we," "us") grants you ("Participant," "you") a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course content ("Materials") for your own individual learning purposes.

    2. Personal Use Only

    This licence is granted to you as a named individual. It may not be shared, transferred, sub-licensed, resold, or used by any other person, including colleagues, employees, or family members. Each user must hold their own individual enrolment. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared.

    3. Downloads

    Where the platform allows it, you may download Materials (e.g. PDFs, worksheets, slide decks) for your own offline personal use. Downloading does not transfer ownership or expand the licence — downloaded copies remain subject to these Terms and may not be distributed, published, or shared, in whole or in part.

    4. Prohibited Uses

    Without LMS-Nordic's prior written consent, you may not:

    • copy, reproduce, screenshot, screen-record, print, or otherwise duplicate the Materials, in whole or in part, beyond what is needed for your personal study;
    • distribute, publish, upload, forward, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Materials available to any third party, including via internal company networks, shared drives, cloud storage, social media, or file-sharing platforms;
    • use the Materials to create derivative works, competing training content, or internal training programmes;
    • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution contained in the Materials;
    • allow login credentials to be used by more than one individual, or access the course on behalf of an organisation without a separate enterprise licence agreement.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All Materials — including text, video, graphics, diagrams, calculators, templates, and course structure — are the intellectual property of LMS-Nordic AB and/or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited licence set out in Section 1.

    6. Enforcement and Damages

    Unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution of the Materials is a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of LMS-Nordic's intellectual property rights. In the event of such a breach, LMS-Nordic reserves the right to:

    • immediately suspend or terminate your access without refund;
    • pursue injunctive relief to stop further infringement;
    • claim compensation for all damages suffered as a result of the breach, including lost licence revenue and reputational harm;
    • recover legal costs and expenses incurred in enforcing these Terms;
    • seek a contractual penalty/liquidated damages payment of €1500 per unauthorised copy distributed, without prejudice to LMS-Nordic's right to claim further damages where actual loss exceeds this amount.

    7. Termination

    LMS-Nordic may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund and does not release you from liability for breaches that occurred before termination.

    8. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

    The Materials are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute professional engineering, safety, or legal advice.

    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    LMS-Nordic may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the course after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Acceptance: By ticking the box, you confirm that you are the individual who will be using this enrolment, and that you accept these Terms in full, including the licence restrictions and enforcement provisions in Sections 2–6.
